Brand new, first quality, with tags.  These are excellent quality, blue with eGear logo, durable, coated polyester, with non-rusting, nylon, coil zipper, gear bags in your choice of size.  You have the choice of purchasing single bags in Small (5 x 5 inch) (lower item in photo), Medium (7 x 7 inch) (middle item in photo), Large (7 x 10 inch) (top item in photo), or pairs in various combinations of sizes (as specified in the drop down menu above).  Each storage bag comes with an attached , non-load bearing carabiner that measures about 2.25 inches long x 1.25 inches wide at the widest point.  Weights of the bag with the aluminum carabiners attached is about 1/2 ounce for Small, 3/4 ounce for Medium, and 1 ounce for Large.  These are excellent quality and very durable.  They help keep essential gear handy and at the ready.  Carabiner provides quick, simple, and attachment to backpacks, bikes, life vests, etc.
