New San-O Industrial (SOC America) 4-Position Alarm Indicating Fuseholders, Fuse Holders, Mounting Bases, Sockets, Part Number HAX-4-JM, or HAX4JM, or LUC407263037.  Each bid quantity is for a Lot of Six (6) Fuseholders.  You may bid / buy any number of lots, up to the total quantity available above.
These were purchased at an electronics supplier liquidation, and they were brand new in the original factory boxes.  We packaged them in heavy Ziplok bags for resale.  Couldn't find a lot of technical information about these, but we had a batch of the fuses years ago (already sold) which had a little pop-up indicator when the protective element melted.  It made it easy to tell when a fuse was blown by simply feeling for the little indicator.  Great for applications where the fuses could be felt but not seen.  We don't know if these holders solder directly on a board with keyed pin holes, or if the pins plug into a base of some kind.
